The property boasts 6 rooms (3 categories), an inviting swimming pool under teak trees, a Portuguese-themed dining area, Lily/Lotus/Fish pond, and lush open spaces with Cheeku Mango, Coconut, Kathal, and Teak trees, surrounded by well-maintained lawns.
